He shook his head.  Did she really think she could hide from him in plain sight?  He grinned, a predatory thing.  "Oh little one," he thought, "far smarter ones than you have tried THAT game, and I still won!"

He hit the call button.

"Mia's, good afternoon!"

"Only five, Amy?  You were never cheap before!"
