Having the heart involved in justice muddies the issue from my perspective we wouldnt be having judges give actors slaps on the wrists like they do, when the actors try and show remorse...
I believe there needs to be a balance between the letter and the spirit of the law...and a justice system which ignores the spirit in which a system of laws is meant to operate is bankrupt and utterly corruptible.

Rules and Laws should be enforced equally regardless of who you are.....
