annnnd, one of my brother's friends who works in the music-biz is friends with mary chapin... says along with her good heart and inspiring introspection, she's got a kickass sense of humor.... and loves to kick up the energy at times, such as here..

I listened to "Shut Up and Kiss Me" a few minutes ago -- another cool song! And her "Opening Act" was funny as heck! I'll listen to this one now.
Mary Chapin Carpenter is one of the most under rated female singers of today. I've been listening to her for years now.
